A very popular course for teachers, literacy coordinators, teaching assistants and anyone who has been given responsibility for the primary school library and has little or no prior library experience. The course explores the aims and functions of school libraries and practical strategies for running them successfully.
Anne always adapts this course to local circumstances.

The course is accompanied with a valuable information pack.
Fantastically useful and well presented. Even the topics I felt would not be of use gave me something to take away. The group discussions gave new ideas and insight into better ways to approach things. Everything was tied together to offer a complete package of useful information and advice.
My head is buzzing with so many ideas.
Very useful for a new librarian with little previous experience. Covered basics well.
Really good practical ideas, and good to hear what is happening in other schools.
Gave me some ammunition to go to senior management and promote the importance of the library.
I am now on a mission to make our library completely interactive. I am determined to get every child in there.
